They are cooperative and friendly. But AC is not working properly. TV not working. They do not provide any side table, almirah, any hand wash and also do not give any drinking water. They don't have an intercom in the room. They don't provide minimum amenities.

water supply is big problem, unable to take bath, unable to get fresh-up. whole day we are facing water supply. In reception no one is available for guest help. very poor service.

Location is very good, E Rikswa, Auto, Taxi available from sub way howrah junction. Staff behaviour is very good, cooperative and helpful.
