rude behaviour by manager. Even after i informed the owner for late night check in , manager rudely talked me why you not taking my call... I inform them as I was traveling, that's why avoiding unknown call,he repeatedly keep debating rudely...and tell me why you disturbed be at night infront of my guest.listen, I have paid you for premium service,don't behave like cheaper hotel of 500-600..and plz learn some ethics to behave with your guest. just because of my guest I am keeping silent else I will you ethics very well as I was the local guys..it's first and last with u

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, overall it was a beautiful and nice experience....one thing I would like to say is that as there is the scarcity of restaurants nearby, the hotel itself should be a clean and furnished kitchen with a Menu card so that we can order anything in a hassle free manner especially Breakfast. Apart from this everything is really fantastic and in future I would like to visit and recommend this hotel to everyone to stay there. Thank You Mukesh for your support and warm welcome.

disappointed with the hotel and staff booked the hotel but at the hotel when u reached they will shift u to another property and at another property receptionist they are arguing and not allowing and following the rules as per the previous polciy so having bad experience with this property not suggesting anyone to thisspecially when you are with family

the management was not good.. owner didn't listened any issue of us.. it was not a proper hotel rather than marriage banquet hall with 2 rooms for bride and groom which they give as hotel purposes..i felt lack of privacy there as many workers were working in the lobby .. it was not a hotel .. plz look into that..

I interacted with Mukesh Kumar for my stay and it was quiet pleasant and soothing experience . In Muzaffarpur, I do not think at this rate you will get that much amenities i.e. Swimming Pool . Happy Customer .

The service is not good. The ac is not working properly.No fooding facility available in the hotel.Bad smell coming from bathroom during the time of stay. I am not recommended for staying in this hotel.
