worst experience ever. nothing is good except the mountain view. poor maintenance, poor food, no variety in food, no staff availability, poor management, gym equipment not working, indoor games area poorly maintained, swimming pool is full of dirt and insects, stinking water in pool, delayed food services.nothing is there to like except the photogenic background that too because of nature and the resort management has got nothing to do with it except investing in this property, staff facilities are not there, no one is there to support you even for the luggage transport to the room, cycles ATS even the washroom pipe is also broken. like literally we got our dinner at 11 pm. then up to 12 am they repaired our washroom. insects and mosquitos are more than management personnel.

This is not worth the money they are charging.The overall property is not maintained at all.Rooms are average, mattress looks old, location is hill top hence it's good but internally not maintained.I recommend it only if it's charged

No Hygiene, No Cleanliness. Dirty Water from the DAM not even filtered for use. very disappointing horrible food very untrained staff waste of money!HIGHLY OVERPRICED Not worthy at all Hardly Maintained.
