A very bad hotel I recommend not going there. I have shared some photos it was a horrible experience in this hotel. That time I checked in, I found used linen in my room. I requested the staff to change my linen but they refused and told me that we cannot change the linen as the linen is not available. Then found a cockroach 🪳 and hair on the linen. No night light is available in the room. One of the amenities shown was not found.

hotel reception was not well mannered.They speak rudely with customers. Don't accept Room no. 210 that does not have enough facility. if you ask the receptionist to change the room they will reply in rude manner like "if you don't like rooms then cancel your booking" instead of offering room with good facility. I recommend you that please don't book this hotel of you are planning to stay long days.

Power cut in the middle of the night . bathroom window where not properly fitted . check in time was 11 but they are allowed room 12 o clock .Even after the payment was done prior to one day before reaching the hotel,the hotel staff told that payment was not made and they won't be able to give us the room so we had to wait for 2-3 hrs..that was very unprofessional.

If you want to make your life hell for few days then go for this hotel. there's next to no water supply in all wash basins. no paperback if there's lack of electricity. I spent half of my time without fan,ac,tv. no speed for wifi. bed sheets are pathetic and staff is rude and ignorant towards your problems

hotel didn't have lift. and reception was at 2nd floor. they gave us room on 3rd floor. there was no bellboy to help us lift the luggage from ground floor to room. we had request multiple times to hotel staff to help us on it. fans were not clean. regulator was not there for fan.

very very bad experience,i booked ac room but owner didn't give ac room 1)room is saffocating 2) unhygienic room 3) blanket and pillow is not clean 4)staff behaviour is not good 5) don't book this hotels 6) moods off kar Diya i would suggest not to book this hotels

I had a very disappointing stay. The room was not clean — hair in the bedsheet stained sheets, and a bad smell. and the air conditioning was loud and barely cooled the room. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be coming back.

hotel reception on 2nd floor without lift.. they do not provide room as per booking. lots of maintenance related issues. TV are only for display. staff have zero sense of hospitality.

worst thing: Booked 2 rooms and they had asked us to occupy only 1 room. the approach of the staff was rude and not customer centric.
