Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Room service is done timely. The staff was very courteous. The restaurant inside the hotel is well maintained. The food served was delectable. The staff both at the reception and inside the restaurant welcome their guests very well. The service of restaurant is extremely good. Overall very good experience. I would strongly recommend to visit this hotel and eat food at their restaurant.

Good budget hotel for business & work purposes. lush green surrounding, favourable for long stay. Need a little improvement in Amenities. safety and following of Covid protocols.hygiene, good food, Amenities, such as wifi, TV, they follow ethical and polite behaviour. I will surely recommend this hotel as it is also located nearest possible to Bokaro railway station.

Stayed for three days in deluxe room. Hotel is located near bus stand and there are frequent autos on the road outside. Hotel staff is helpful and cooperative. However, there needs to be much more emphasis on cleanliness in rooms. Breakfast had limited options but overall was okay. Hotel seems focused more on providing value for money rather than deluxe experience.

this was the room The staff were very polite and helpful. They were welcoming, the room was cleaned everyday. The rooms are reasonably priced The location of the hotel is good, autos available right outside the hotel. The food was tasty and food service was quite fast. There is lift so no worries for climbing stairs.

Overall not a pleasant experience with the rooms being too hot and not ventilated. Somehow the comfort was lacking and it was pretty uncomfortable in the room. The facilities are also very old and not up to the standards you expect for the room tariff.

It is close to Birsa Munda chowk but the surroundings are a little lonely. The hotel is good, staff behavior is nice. The amenities are kinda dated, washroom flush didn't work properly but rest was all fine.

the property needs renovations. staffs are good, some foods were also good. but rooms, lawns need renovation. no problem with parking areas etc. spacious. rooms are quite big. but they need renovations

As per tarrif, service and ambience is not as per expected. Mosquito is very much active entire room & corridor. Complementary Breakfast is also not good. overall not recommend to anyone

Good satisfactory experience of staying for 5 Nights at Hotel Reliance, Bokaro. Non - Veg items like chicken patiala, chicken dahiwala, chicken muglai etc are exceptionally too tasty.
