Disappointing Stay Experience Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not very pleasant. There was a lot of noise from the game room above, which made it difficult to rest. The phone in the room was not working, so we couldn’t reach reception or room service easily. The room also had some hygiene issues, including tiny cockroaches and mosquitoes. We ordered coffee, and although we were told it would take half an hour, even after an hour and a half there was no update or service provided. Overall, the room service and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Hotel Rest&View at BOPAL, Ahmedabad is just a Bed for the night with a working airconditioner. All rooms are of same claustrophobic size. Washroom is poorly designed with no space to keep your own toileteries. They don't even give a soap bar or anything. Toilet was clean. Shower water flow was miserable...but thankfully Hot Water was available. Bed was OK for comfort. AC was new Daikin unit and working good. Fan worked on only one selector switch position. No option to change fan speed. This is a Hostel Room and NOT a Hotel Room.

It's located on the 4th floor of a mall. I was there in Ahmedabad for a tournament. the rooms and bathrooms are clean. so the location is really good and at a Good price. it was a 5 nights stay, But I had an issue on the 4th day with the water, some motor issue, so no water, it was a just a one off thing I guess, otherwise the staff and overall experience was good.

I have booked super deluxe room it was average experience. I have found small cockroaches in bed and wardrobe. most important thing they makes jokes with customer mentioned like super deluxe room is very specious and luxurious. it's so much tiny. they don't offer breakfast even it's mentioned in my Booking. you could get better option with this price.
