it was a very bad experience, no deluxe room given by the hotel manager, when i am asking to provide me the room for which i paid he said that your booking is found late in system and this room is already given to someone. no telephone in room no cleaning, not servicing on time when i call for water with my mobile to his given no 3 times and for 1 hour no water i received the blanket was very poor and dirty i asked him to change but hi didn't overall it was a very😡 very very bad experience ac not working properly

Bedsheet was looking dirty and had many holes. Food was too much costly as compared to outside, just double the price. cockroaches in the room. flush was not working properly. No intercom facility available. Every time you had to call at reception with your mobile.

There are no parking. Also room not clean at all.. Bathrooms are not hygienic .. Flash, get spary not working.. This hotel should not be the in the go stays.
