review of stay at rishikul kumbha cottage, prayagraj my stay at rishikul kumbha cottage was a mixed experience with both positives and areas that require improvement. the location is peaceful and offers a spiritual ambiance, making it a good choice for those visiting prayagraj, especially during the kumbhmela 2025. however, certain aspects of the stay could be enhanced for a better guest experience: 1. check-in & check-out: the process needs improvement, as the counter was understaffed, leading to delays. additional staff would make the process smoother and more efficient. 2. food quality: the food offered is very average. given the spiritual and cultural significance of the place, a more exquisite selection of vegetarian cuisine would greatly enhance the dining experience. 3. housekeeping: daily housekeeping services require more attention. room cleaning and refilling of essentials should be done proactively without guests having to call and request it. 4. lighting: vishnu cottage has insufficient lighting, which affects the overall comfort. better illumination would be appreciated, especially in the rooms. 5. washroom facilities: the attached washrooms need better arrangements in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and maintenance. 6. booking for sangam bathing: the booking process for bathing at sangam is not hassle-free. a more streamlined and convenient system should be introduced. 7. contact & communication: the availability of only two contact numbers is inadequate. more numbers should be provided to ensure better accessibility and assistance for guests. overall, while the spiritual ambiance and setting of the cottage are commendable, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.

first of all whoever booked this resort ...be tension free if you are unable to reach them on phone which is almost engage. . we booked through ibibo and got deal and i must say it's a best decision place is very beautiful, clean and extremely well maintained all areas n tents. tent is lovely cozy with all amenities with clean towels, bedsheets n quilt they provide shampoo, conditioner, soaps , moisturizer tea coffee with hot kettle food serve is good. their staff is efficient and helpful. also if you want hassel free triveni sangam darshan n akhara visit they will arrange with extra cost but it's on little higher side. but if you are in a group of 4 or more then worth to invest we particularly enjoyed evening live in musical performance...made our evening n stay extra special must go to ganga river which is just 50m behind the resort it's serene... do check small shops of bamboo items and vedic cosmos . also there is pujashree products which is opposite to the resort. overall fabulous experience.

a well managed and thoughfully decorated tent accomodation with all facilities in house. food served was satvick, freshly prepared and very tasty. 5 star for staff welcome and courtesy. 4 kms from arail ghat from where you will get a boat to go for sangam snan. too far from main kumbh mela, lete hanuman ji mandir and akhadas. due to traffic rules dint get to visit there but sangam snan was amazing. har har gange, har har mahadev

Lunch and dinner was included in my stay and it was good. Staff was not co-operative but owner was co-operative. They did not serve welcome drink. There were no swimming pool and garden available. No wi-fi available. It was like a camp there for kumbh mela . Overall services were good.
