Extremely Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Hotel My experience at River Town Stay in Varanasi was absolutely terrible. The hotel fails to meet even basic standards of cleanliness. Rooms were not cleaned, no room service was provided, and despite multiple requests, essentials like water and towels were not given on the second day. The rooms are significantly smaller than what’s shown in the pictures, and the so-called balcony is barely functional, ending before it even starts. The entire property, including the reception area, stinks all the time, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay or even breathe. This was by far one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. even after repeatedly telling to clean the room it was not cleaned
