very good hotel nice staff good behavior, little bit pblm for transport & fooding but if u book *** it is good it will reach the location within 5 mint always & more affordable charge, food is costly little bit but if you go out side just in 2 mnt walk u get it in very cheap rate. very good service, location is also very good, cleanliness is also good, room is as per commitment, very good space, arrange check in be4 check in time almost 4 hours earlier, it meant alots 4 out sider, Aquatica is just 5 km, nico park is just 2km, i will give it 4star value for money

I booked IBIZA guest house but as I talked to the manager it is in renovation so they arranged my booking in their other guesthouse which is bandhan. Very well stayed there. All the amenities are provided All the staff are very friendly They should be take less delivery time for Room service other wise very good service. Dal fry way awesome which I like the most. Thanking you all the staff fo caring me. I will visit again.

My stay experience at this hotel property was really very good and smooth. No issues regarding anything. Smooth check in and check out. Nice accommodation with decent service quality. I really like my stay at this property. Very well maintained and neat property.

I stayed in that hotel and its was best stay. Hotel people are very collaborate and very helpful. Regarding food its was delicious and hygienic. Hotel is located on a pleasant location . Amenities are also nice over there. Hotel is very neat and clean.

Location wise great..it is located in sector 5..it was clean and upto the mark.hotel staff are decent and helpful.it is a budget guest house so you should not expect five star facility but over all good experience.

Average guest house took almost an hour time to hand over the room.Service is below par.Rooms are though clean, but the washrooms seems awful. Would not recommend for long stays..Good for couple/business stays

Location is good.. cleanliness levels are low. Bathroom is just three feet wide. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is best avoidable. It's more like a lodge.
