I go to Kerala to enjoy the Kerala culture especially the Kerala food. I was massively disappointed when they had very few Kerala items for lunch which was also not great and for dinner, none. No Kerala food for dinner in Kerala! And this hotel is in a faraway place. You are forced to have ONLY north Indian food in Kerala, which I'm not a big fan of. This is atrocious to say the least. They should have Kerala food and maybe other cuisines if they want. People visiting Kerala should try the Kerala food. When I travel to the north, I ONLY get north Indian food, They don't cater to the south by having Kerala food there. The management has to get this right. Either they have Kerala food or close the restaurant. I'll discourage anyone who goes to this place. You don't get any food except roti for dinner. Moreover, the people serving in the restaurant speaks ONLY Hindi in Kerala. They don't know a word of Malayalam in a restaurant in Kerala. This is scandalous! On top of that, my room is next to the restaurant. The people serving food there play music so loudly all the time. Despite telling them, they didn't reduce the volume and it was disturbing the whole time. Very disappointing experience! The only saving grace were the extremely friendly and nice service from the reception staffs

property seems to be good. But service is very poor. However facilities available were good. There was no front office staff during our entire period of stay. Food options available in the restaurant was very limited. Opting for complimentary breakfast is waste of money as it would cost you 700 Rs and they will serve you with Dosa or Upma or Poori. No buffet breakfast available or not worth for 700. Location is far away from kovalam beach and ots quiet difficult to reach there. And even the road to the resort is narrow and not so good. As a couple our stay was good. Rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean, provided with all toileteries and drinking water. AC was good. Pool was neat and clean.

a beautiful property with courteous staff. took us to the beach and gave a brief about history of Kovalam. road towards to property is bit narrow, so have to drive carefully. also food spread could have been more. since this is weekday privacy was there.

A decent hotel with a beautiful swimming pool. Staff were courteous. We appreciate the effort taken in maintaining the cleanliness. Breakfast spread could have been more. Highly recommended.
