AARUNYA HOTEL & RESORT

The property area of the resort is large and it is conveniently located with the main market nearby. Though the major places of attractions at Rajgir are a bit far away from the resort, a lot of transport facilities are available. The hotel staffs are very good, and well mannered. They try their best to make you comfortable. We booked 2 deluxe double rooms and found the room qualities to be very good. The rooms had large balconies, though it seemed that the balconies were not cleaned regularly. Amenities like swimming pool, gym and spa are available. The swimming pool was the most sought out amenity for which we booked the hotel. Although the pool area is very nice with a lot comfortable chairs and tables where one can sit, relax, order some food, and enjoy, the major issue is with the pool water. There are a lot of monkeys in the place who make the water unclean. They not only play in the waters, but also poop and make it dirty. Although the staffs there made the best of their efforts to clean the water, but after seeing the mess, it did not seem hygienic to use it. Although the staffs tried their best to thoroughly filter and clean the water, but the feeling was not very pleasant. The management needs to find a way out to handle this menace. Rest, overall we found the resort to be good, including the food quality and the buffet breakfast at the restaurant.

My experience was excellent. As soon as I entered the hotel I got the WOW feeling. The reception welcomed with a big smile. The ambience was very cooling. The staff was very polite courteous and specially reception Manager Mr. Gautam and his staff Rohit carrying us The hotel is very well maintained. Food at room dinning was yummy. There were less staff but all were on their toes. It also has a play zone special for kids. The team needs to maintain the same .

It was nice and comfortable stay. Room quality 5/5 Food 4/5 Location 5/5 Room service 4/5. Suggestion : hotel management should take steps to control mosquito inside room. Also we could not use swimming pool as it was being used by monkeys,hotel management should take steps to control this. Overall it was a nice stay and definitely recommended for family stay.

location is good. no proper accommodation for driver. no lift. rooms are small for 4500rs. room service is good. have to struggle for parking inside due to restaurant. need to ask for room kits. alot of mosquito in room. hotel staff are professional. smells in bathroom. better to book cottage. they have mentioned hotel rating 4 star but it should be 1 star.
