Adhi Residency happened to be in a location from where the line to the Athi Varadharaj Perumal Temple starts, from a location wise it couldn't have been better! At times it can be a challenge when there is a crowd that is already standing, however you can request the cop by showing your key to your lodge. The stay is comfortable and the room is nice. It looks newly constructed and above a silk Saree showroom. There is no restaurant, so you will need to eat outside which is still fine as Shivas Cafe is close-by. I felt INR 3600 for a night is expensive and priced high due to the season before the Lord is immersed again for 40 years. Overall am happy with the place and would recommend it to others whose prime reason of visit is to get a glimpse of the Lord. The location otherwise is about 3-4 Kms from the bus stand and about 6 Kms from the rest of the temples like Kamakshi Amman, Kailasanatha and Ekambareshwara. You will get an auto to the above temples provided you walk for sometime. Hope the above helps in planning your stay in Kanchipuram.

Rooms are absolutely neat and clean. It seems this is a new building but by surprise it is an 5yrs old, very well maintained. Staff and the owner are very helpful. They do have a saree store at ground floor with a vide variety and most important is very near to Varadaraja swamy perumal temple which is a 3-5walk from hotel. Only thing is you may not find a suitable restaurant for lunch/dinner nearby. Either go or order online. I strongly recommend anyone to this hotel.

Great hospitality! Clean rooms! reasonably priced! Very efficient staff going out of way to make our stay comfortable. We were for temple visit and owner arranged auto for us. Number for Auto Mannu G is given is photos. Rooms are exactly as they appear in photos. Genuine people with great hospitality! in marathi we call Vinamrata... We can only thank for our great experience!! All temples nearby and Varadraja temple just next to hotel!!

Nice, neat & clean room & good service given by staff & management. I visited Kanchipuram with my wife.I strongly recommend this room for couples. There is a tea & snack stall in front of it. Ample parking to park cars available opposite open land. We enjoyed the stay. congratulations to the Management and keep it up.

Clean and near rooms and washrooms ..i can it as an excellent stay in the given budget . The management is also very friendly and helpful in giving information and especially checkin was very very smooth and quick. You can blindly believe in this property and try staying here.

Very new and clean hotel... It was economic and right next to temple... The front desk was very helpful, typical small town folk. The only negative is, the parking is sort of awkward but that's alright.

The lodge is being maintained with neat and clean.Hot water is available at all times.Only Varatharaja temple is nearer to the lodge.But for other main temples and bus stand,this is situated far away.
