The hotel was really good. I came to visit Tirumala temple and the hotel location has very good connectivity with both Tirupati city and Tirumala. I got it for a best price. It had all top class things which are inevitable for a 3 star hotel. There was a Complimentary Breakfast, It was delicious. The ambiance, wifi connection, lobby, restaurant, restrooms were very neatly maintained and they were kept very well.

it was very bad experience of my life ever. management is so poor. receptionist was not able to resolve any issues. as per my booking i was supposed to get welcome drink, slippers in room, toiletries nothing received, after 2-3 reminders they never bothered to fulfil. there was only one towel instead of 2 towels as we were couple and ine infant. bathroom was in very bad condition

Except for the security guard every staff over here is unprofessional and literally idiot. Our rooms aren't cleaned for second day stay . When demanded they say no people to do and same with restaurant . Our room card wasnt working , After calling receptionist they came after 45 mins . No proper response for any query or info . Havent checked out yet still giving feedback .

My room size is good but need some interior renovation , Wall ac is installed on wooden box which looks very ugly, Inside toilet , The wash basin is too small, and shower not working properly, Tile is Broken and some damage on wall, false ceiling is half open due to geyser was there GST Billing not provided by property, This is not good

not a pleasant stay. booked the hotel by looking at the reviews and location which is on main road. service was not good. the wifi wasn't working. had to ask for hangers as there were none in almirah. need to improve as per the price they charge per night.

no maintenance, rooms are not cleaned, no cleaning and main thing not respect to customers, they take the food order but they don't serve if u ask them they I'll say forget sir sorry time over , minimum water bottle also not serving

Super management, friendly staff, one of the best hotels in tirupati to stay. Even they showed wonderful hospitality. Treatment towards customers was extraordinary, behavior was like you are at home and speaking to family.
