The hotel has to improve on the following areas: 1. hot water is always an issue during the day except for mornings. Please make sure it's available 24 hours as you claim. 2. water bottles are provided complimentary but you need to remind multiple times...quite annoying 3. amusing design for bathroom lock. you can easily get locked from inside. 4. to open entrance door, you need to have great physique to push the door knob till the end. 5. TV frequently blacks out due to some hathway card issue 6. coffee took 30 minutes to be served after reminder. pathetic... The only positive I saw was the good attitude of the front security guard. very helpful to get the ola autos directed etc etc.

all staffs are very cordial and the hotel / my room was neat & clean. But the major issue is with food variety / taste. Very less variety & quantity of food items when u take buffet breakfast / dinner. Everytime they are short curry / sabzi due to their limited quantity of foods despite the rooms are mostly occupied. Not recommended for those who are fond of non-vegetarian items as the restaurant is a veg one.

Hotel managed by few chapri boys , no hospitality , very shabby place , no hot water available on tap, dirty rooms , ash tray with ciggarates , bathrooms not clean , had to ask for a new room , pathetic .for the price better option around.

the hotel is situated at a location which will be easier to travel around anywhere...lot of food stalls available for those who are foodies. hotel is decent enough for a short stay. price is slightly high for what they are offering

TV remote was not working it look almost day to replace.Same with room cleaning request. They are not very prompt to attend any service requests. Overall location is good but needs to work on service.

I being a doctor felt happy to stay in this hotel for 5 days without any issues... for family it is best hotel located in good place with all amenities available nearby..
