ark residency is a good to stay for the family if u have a child .. it is very specious very nit n clean .. washroom very clean n big food is ok .. not for a nonveg lover like us 🤭 staff very good specially Deepak n Bharat bt I would like to advise always do booking online .. because I ask offline booking to Mr. Hasan (manager) he told me different tariff which is very high n wrong ... so do online otherwise ok middle in the tourist spot specious neat n clean good staff service 👍

There is no hot water available. null. Be ready to manage with cold water. No manager is available to attend to customer needs. Instead there is a caretaker who doesn't care about the guest and sleeps till 8 am. There is a room service boy who manages all small tasks of all rooms but he is absent between 8pm to 8am. Rooms are spacious. We didn't order any food and neither we saw any food being served in other rooms.

Pros: Big rooms and washrooms Nice interior Cons: Really really bad service Dirty rooms Dirty washrooms Dirty/unclean bedding/linen Really high cost with such bad overall experience. Conclusion: Not recommended at all at that rate. We would never like to return there untill no option availble. Not up to the mark.

I find this hotel ARK residency very good with Spacious clean room & beautiful surrounding room service is also found too good overall it is nice to stay here from 5th Jun to 7th Jun They also arrange local conveyance to explore Panchmarhi in proper manner. Thanks & Regards Jitendra Mathur kanpur

Though it's located about 3-4 km from the market area but still it's easily locatable. The property is very good too as the room & the services they provided were very satisfactory. The staffs here were very supportive & efficient as well. Overall stay of mine here was great.

Great location just few km away from centre, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. It was well maintained with excellent service, great value for money. I was very pleased with my stay at Arc residency.

There are some minor issues. If you don't have vehicle of your own, you could feel that you are bit away from the city. Hotel has French windows , so one has nice Panasonic view from three angles.it really gives serene and beautiful look.quality of food is ok.

Hotel ambience was very nice, food was very good, staff was soft spoken, cleanliness was upto mark and rooms and washrooms were very spacious. Overall I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here for their next trip to Pachmarhi

Absolutely pathetic hotel. The bathrooms are dirty, the food is awful, and the property itself is pretty average. We wanted to book for two days, and I am glad that I didn't. Even below average **** are way better than this.

Excellent location and all staff and manager cooperative. Hotel cleanliness and hygiene excellent. Food like Gujarati as well as Panjabi excellent, peaceful area and wide rooms. we enjoyed a lot at the hotel with games.

Excellent stay here at ARK residency. They have very nice clean and spacious room. Located a bit far from crowded market, you can spend your evening time in garden. I would highly recommend.
