This was the best resort. Good in price with all the facilities. The best thing they have such great food that u won't miss food from home. Food is so light and good. Service is also very very nice with super friendly service providers. Room service was also on time. Tea and coffee are just great. Tea lovers would be like "late jao" 😆 I take the package with breakfast. They don't have buffet for it but they prepare variety of items and serve u as much as u need and belive me one would never as i m done. Its that yum. Ambience is so beautiful and peaceful. One can just have a staycation there and get relax from all your stress. Rooms and washroom both are very spacious and clean. I always worry about clean washrooms but this time it matched my expectations. 24*7 hot running water is available. It was a great stay. Thank you for serving us.

it was a lovely pleasant and a comfortable stay at ark resort . we had reached there early at 11:30 am still they gave us the check in at no extra cost as there standard check in time is 1:00 pm . the staff and the management was very helpful and cooperative during our stay there. the rooms are modern and well equipped with all the amenities. the food is their usp as it's really sumptuous and tasty and is freshly prepared.i would definitely like to recommend this resort to my friends and families whom i know. will be visiting this property again for sure in the future.

Amazing resort with prime and center location (in front of pancharanya, an MP Tourism activity park), yummy food and gentle staff. Mr Hasan ji and Mr Rajkumar ji were very helpful and friendly during stay. Mr Ram ji in dining section was very quick and prompt, delicious food quality. Gypsy and forest permit provided by resort that saved time and money, driver and guide both were very generous and cooperative. Must stay for family and couple. Location, Safety, cleanliness, hygiene, dining and natural habitat that I liked most as family trip.

it was very great experience with ARK Resort. I loved the hospitality and food was no doubt delicious. Reservation manger Hassan is very co- operative person. Next time , It would be my only favorate place to stay in Pachmarhi. And I will recommend to my friends and family member surely. Again Thanks to ARK Resort Family for making my family trip so enjoyable.

Very good hotel for family or couple stay. Neat & clean hotel with best in class service at budget price. The service Manager Sandip Thakur was extremely polite and supportive. Overall very good experience. My daughter got sick at the time of check out however they offered us one room for 4-5 hrs at no additional cost to take care of her.

We were a group of 12 people with kids, our experience was excellent, the staff helped us with all our requirements. The only place they can improve is laundry service, it was disappointing to see no laundry service. Also the sheets could be a little cleaner and towels seemed really old.
