First of all this is named as JTDC unit but I never expected this kind of service from a JTDC owned hotel. Let me come to the pros and cons directly.. Pros: 1. Ample space of hotel premises with a huge parking space. 2. Rooms are spacious enough to accommodate two people. 3. Washrooms are average. Not so much clean and not so much dirty also. Cons: 1. The location is too bad for tourists because it's around 3km distant from ghatshila station as well as from the market area. 2. No food options nearby and you have to be dependent on them only. 3. Pathetic quality of food. We ordered a plate of chicken curry. They charged 180/- for 4pcs half boiled chicken. Apart from this, all the food items have the same spices which taste very smelly and not good for digestion. 4. Whatever you order you have to order a minimum of 30 minutes before. No matter what, for a cup of tea you have to order half an hour before. 5. AC is there but most of the time there is a power cut and your AC will be off. I don't know whether JTDC or the manager of the hotel would be interested in going through this review or not, but I wouldn't suggest this hotel to any tourists. I really got disappointed with the service provided here.

We had stay this hotel for one night at 3rd week of March this year. Hotel location and area are good and room is also good for family but hotel service is not good. No housekeeping persons are available at this hotel. If you need drinking water and mosquito liquidator you go and collect. At the time of checking they hand over a furnish room that's all. Restaurant food quality and preparation are good but its take too much long time. If you need to order food you need to order 3-4 hours back. If you come this hotel now see the pandemic situation hampered everything of normal operation of hotel.

Good location by the side of Highway. Beautiful ambience . Plenty of car parking space. Equipped with a kids zone. There is a big lawn where kids can play and enjoy . The food quality was good and the price was also reasonable. Staff behaviour specially behaviour of dining staff was really nice . However, attention is required regarding room maintenance. AC remote was not working. This gave us big trouble. Power cut is a big factor here. This hotel has power back up. Over-all stay was good.

The place is good neat and clean. The hotel consist of a huge parking space which is good for someone commuting with personal or private vehicle. The rooms are tidy but not that much sophisticated. The cost is little on the higher end and the same kind of room will be available at a rate within 1000. The service is good but the service will take a long time. Even they charge 18percent GST on food which I guess is not appropriate.
