needs lots of improvement.room is good but due to lack of staff service is not that good.no restaurant but of it's locality in market you can purchase your stuff by your own.recomended if you are a solo traveler but you may feel disappointed if you want quick service elegant waitors or you want to be like boss.my suggestion to hotel management please improve your services you have the capability of being one of the top hotels of pachmarhi.

Best Hotel to Stay In Pachmarhi Comparatively best in class service and amenities. Staff is helpful. They have power backup which is game changer for tourist. Nearby market and food Main Town hotel. Reasonable pricing and best ever experience. I will surely visit again.

this is the hotel having worst service.. No value for time, They gives us check in after 1 hr. as committed time, Lights has gone for many hours. We used to live in darks for many hours.. But room is good maintenance is average

Hotel facilities are very good . Hotel staff is very supportive . Rooms were cleaned. I enjoyed fully. I recommend this hotel to other visitors and also recommend to booking from Goibibo site....

It was a nice stay at Hotel blue moon, and is worth its value. The rooms were secure and clean and felt like staying in a hotel all the time. All hotel staff were friendly and interactive.

Good room with no room service.need more staff for proper functioning of this hotel.you can stay if you just want for night stay.for leasure search for some other hotel.

very pathetic experience. Bed sheet was torn and dirty and washroom was dirty and leaking. Totally closed rooms and no ventilation. It was costly.

nice hotel but non ac room is 3rd and 4th floar is not describe pls decsribe improve. wifi is very slow for kids not safty for floar stairs
