C Suites - Lotus Park

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and it was a terrible experience. Upon arrival, I found two cockroaches in the washroom, which was completely worn out, along with the floor. The AC and TV in the room didn’t work properly, and the hygiene was extremely poor. There was a layer of dust on the AC grill. When I asked the staff for help, they just brushed me off without offering any real. I would not recommend staying here.

the checkin process was so late as the respective receptionist was not available at the moment and after proving payment details and id proofs, still it took more time for checkin. the ac remote was not working and the tv was not available. hot water was not available on the last day. overall, its ok but there is a huge scope for improvement.

Not to worth to give one rating.since no option, given one rating. No drinking water,AC not working very very untidy small room. No one is there to hear the complaints as well. since I checked in After 9pm they didn't provide bath towels as well. They can provide only by morning. we slept and morning 6Am vacated the room. worst Hotel.

I stayed here and loved the theme rooms, chose this place again this time but they seem less welcoming to those booking shirt term online. Colive is meant for those taking it for longer stay. Amenities are worth the price, all required food, shops you need are around. Offices are a but far.
