I spent one night at this Lodge in February 2021. The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the city. The thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Our room in Lodge CHAITI was clean and specious. The room had a wardrobe, LED TV, sofa, Intercom, free Wifi and attached toilet. I was very happy here! The wonderful welcome and friendly service made this hotel feel like a real home.

The stay was comfortable, with clean rooms and well-maintained amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, ceiling fans, and TV all in working order. Beds, sheets, and pillows were spotless. Although we encountered minor issues with the bathroom basin and room telephone, the reception promptly resolved them. Overall, it was a safe, reliable, and affordable experience. safe!

Location of the hotel is good, at the middle of the market and 10mins by toto from bolpur station. Hotel room is good, spacious, there was bed, sofa, cable tv, mirror and cupboard, place safe to stay and we'll connected. Hotel staffs are friendly with good behaviour and helpful. cleanliness could be better but it was fine 👍

Very bad experience.1. The phone was there but there was no connection to the phone. 2. There were geysers but no line of geyser. Geyser is useless.3. Room is very Dirty. 4. Bathroom door does not close properly.5. The bathroom is unclean.6. There are no sheets on the bed.👎 In a word, very disgusting.

Decent lodge. stay was okay, room & the washroom was almost hygienic.The amenities in the room was nice. As there was some renovation work going on the so the staffs were not so attentive towards the guests. Property location was near to Bolpur town.

Location was okay but the hotel is not value for money, Room was not spacious & need to well maintained. No food was available. No parking or WiFi facility were there. Not satisfied with the accommodation.

Nice hotel,situated in the heart of town, near to railway Station. Very polite and nice staff. in house restaurant not available but you can order food from outside. overall value for money Chaiti lodge.

Nice lodge for family..Near bolpur railway station...can reach there by Toto..you can even order food there..they bring it from outside..they have a generator connection too.
