Hotel Clayton

The overall staff of the hotel is nice . The room is spacious and clean . However the receptionist of the morning shift is Rude and doesnt know how to talk . 1) When asked for Warm water to drink she said come down and take it from the filter yourself . 2) We gave the keys of the room to her and told her to get the room cleaned around 3-3:30 Pm . When we came back around 12:30 am the Room was not cleaned . However the night staff got it cleaned at around 1am 3) She also told us to not book the property for any more days as there was a group that was coming and also told me if i book i would be transfered to a different hotel . I checked out the other day and didnt book any further and would never come back to this hotel ever because of how she behaved with me . I was about to stay 10-15 days as i had work but her behavior . 4) Having stayed at a lot of properties around the world . All i know is if a Property is sold out for any day it should reflect the status as sold out on all the travel apps the hotel is listed on . In short you guys lost a loyal customer Spacious Roomm

The stay was horrible. Their washbasin was leaking, flush was not working. I had to ask for toilet paper 4-5 times and then after 30-40mins they deliver it. I had also booked breakfast but they denied it

worst hotel first the hotel denied check in after that the services are very poor the telephone is not workingand charged extra money when i booked for the next day

good experience ...initially toilet was not working but staff was very helpful they make it wokking within one call
