The staff members were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist us throughout our stay. The rooms at Click Hotel were comfortable and well-appointed. Our accommodation was clean, spacious, and provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the en-suite bathroom was clean and equipped with modern fixtures. One of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were attentive, accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. However, the only downside we encountered during our stay was the issue with the hotel's location as displayed on Google Maps and the incorrect coordinates provided by Goibibo. This discrepancy caused some confusion and resulted in a slight inconvenience upon arrival. It would be beneficial for the hotel management to rectify this discrepancy promptly to avoid any future confusion for guests. Despite this minor navigational glitch, our overall experience at Click Hotel was delightful. The hotel's comfortable rooms, excellent service, and pleasant ambiance made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend Click Hotel to travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in Nashik, but I would also advise double-checking the location details with the hotel directly to avoid any confusion during arrival. A few Rooms are tiny in size and in a triangular shape, which might be suitable for a single person or a couple who are staying for a few hours. But for a family purposes such rooms are found uncomfortable. I request to hotel management that while allocating such rooms please segregate the customer according to their profile. Thanks

very nice hotel for buisness and family traveller. Rooms are well cleaned and spacious with all amenities required for proper stay. staff also very nice and cooperative . good food available inside the hotel and delicious

Nice decent property. Breakfast spread is sufficient. Food is good. Restaurant staff are polite. Housekeeping was perfect. Just, location should be accurately updated on Maps to easily reach the property.
