the staff misplaced our key with some other key and blamed us the whole time that we lost it . after an hour of agruing the person gives us the key from d counter saying we misheard the room no. such a neligence on their part. pathetic hotel

Decent stay for a night with clean rooms at affordable price. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Place is quite close to the Jubilee bis station which is a great convenience

Amenities such as WiFi a not provided as promised. Tata sky connection not recharged. No kitchen, no tea/coffee. Not even service boy. For everything, we have to run.

Average ..... Naphthalene balls missing in wash basin , provide drinking water bottle one per head as free , bedsheets, pillow covers, blanket need improvement

Booking done for 2-days from 28/12/ to 30/12.Very shocking asked for transfer from one room to other even after checked in on 29/12...
