i book this hotel yestrday and call the customercare for 30mints early check in and customer care Authority told that they will spoke to hotel maneger for my demand. They said that there is no room vacant in tha t hotel and provide me another hotel (11.35am) iwas infront of that hotel 85820 hotel.. as per customercare option (they provide a hotel 1020 sansakar palace) i went to that hotel by searching Google map.. searching for 2hour but idint find that hotel, even the local peoples dont knw about that hotel... then i call the customer care for canceling my booking they cut the call after listening my problm.... pathetic experience and i lost. my. money, time..

I didnt click pics otherwIse i would have shown you the real pics of this hotel... bedsheets were not changed the entire trip... i was with my 6 month old baby n by chance i was carrying my bedsheet n pillow for baby moreover there ac was not working for 5-6 hrs also no water facility in the room to drink one haVe to carry their own... in short not a family hotel...

I was traveling alone for an exam and at 11:55 in the night there were two guys knocking at my door. Persistently, When I asked what do they want they said the A.C. remote and started looking around.
