cleanliness is good but service seemed inefficient when requested for amenities, it got served to room after 20 minutes with multiple follow-ups restaurant experience is bad. we opted for unlimited breakfast buffet but there is no breakfast available even during the hours mentioned by receptionist which is from 7:00 to 10:30 AM. they were preparing after we arrived around 9:30. many items in the buffet menu were missing and the staff didn't bother to make them available.

Nice and clean stay, spacious bedroom and bathroom, food is also awesome (try sizzling brownie with ice-cream). Near to ramanathapuram railway station and bus station. All amenities are nice and working. neat and clean stay, food, and location.
