I have booked for 3 persons but neither the extra bed was provided nor the bed was capable of sleeping for 3 persons so we have to booked another nearby hotel so that we can sleep. The behaviour was very rude and it is more like a shop than a Hotel . Around 11 pm they have down the shutter and it only opened around 7 am. Also since we have opted for Breakfast and have paid money for that the Manager refused to provide and told us that it will be only available after 10.30 Am. strange Breakfast after 10.30 Am...So we checked out without taking the Breakfast. Overall Bad experience.No Basic infrastructure and hospitality.Worst Hotel.

no parking fasllity, no room good, no breakfast pl share me customer care number there is no parking arrangement in this hotel, i had booked a room with breakfast but there is no arrangement for breakfast, there is no towel in the room, no toothpaste or brush in the bathroom, please refund my money

the hotel is closed and no one is picking the phone not opening the gate.... I am totally shocked by the behaviour of hotel staff..
