Elite Boutique Hotel

We have had a rather unpleasant experience because despite booking a super deluxe room the aircon in the hotel is not operational. This has been the situation since the time of checking in at around 1500hrs today. We had brought this to the attention of the staff and they had assured me that the aircon would be operational once I return to the hotel in the evening after attending to my local business commitments. The situation has not changed and we are left with no option but to suffer a night in discomfort. Let me also say that the 2 attending staff at the hotel were very polite and hospitable but unfortunately the matter was beyond their work scope.

This Hotel is not Sayaji inn, its Sky inn. They are attracting guests on the name of Sayaji. Though management of hotel is changed, all the staff members wear Sayaji branding cloths. Also because of Sayajis' name their prices are very high compared to facilities. Rooms are very small but neatly cleaned. AC stops working in the middle and you have call receptionist to turn it on because of fuse problem. No tea/coffee maker in room despite of high price. some thing good about hotel is Staff is very much polite and helpful. Food quality and quantity is good. Hotel premises is neatly cleaned and well maintained.

Hopeless hotel with zero room size and it should be removed from Sayaji Brand . It's very much cozy and there are no toiletries and even there is only one towel for two adults. Even there is no drinking water available in the room u have to ask for it and then they provide only 1 bottle complimentary. It's better to stay in lodges instead of staying here wich are more reasonable and offers much better services. No drinking water and toilitaris an room and very very much cozy.

Had a limited choice of breakfast menu that too on order basis , req to serve masaladosa but denied , hence we cancelled complimentary breakfast. secondly , we ordered tea in room, it was served in open tea cups instead of thermas . second time we ordered tea again and this time I informed to serve in thermas but again sent in open cups . while we took our tea it was cold.so not happy ..not value for money ..spent 5300 for room.
