Resort is very good for couple and families Nice music plays around with old bollywood songs Welcome drink is provided during checkin Cycles are there to travel within resort Rooms are clean and large size so easily accomodatable for 2 Adults plus kid Rooms with bathtub and garden facing room are there Lot of plantation all over with variety of trees Breakfast menu is awesome with variety and Restaurant is good for veg and non veg both Ambience is pleasant Wifi ,AC all work well Location is on road so 1.5km from Diveagar beach

It was quite amazing. The staff was friendly and always helping. The fishing activity is fun, although you could maybe extend the fishing area, quite tough to for the hook to reach the river body. The cycles were really fun. Room were clean and all necessary amenities were provided. The quality of towels could be improved. Overall it was an amazing stay, i had a wonderful time. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. there was no trouble regarding anything. and ofcourse the amazing twin seater cycles were super fun.

It was a perfect stay, and the food was awesome. It is a very natural place including fresh air, chirping of birds and also the sound of waves in the morning. The room and toilet were neat and clean but yes the bath tub was very old and washroom tapes needed maintanence. Being a very big property please expect delays in room services. But overall a superb place and I think the best place in Diveagar. It was very calm and pleasant, they provided bicycles and carom. My kids especially loved the cow barn and fish ponds.

We had booked a 2 night stay at Exotica Beach Retreat Diveagar, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had booked Pond view room and were allocated Exotica Ekanta, which is one of the best available in the property. The lily and koi pond is a treat to your eyes and a great stress reliever. Breakfast provided was fine. If you are in Diveagar, opt to have food at any local khanaval providing authentic konkani cuisine. Overall, our stay was good and would love to visit again.

Hi, here is the feedback. We stayed at exotica retreat on 21 - 22 Dec for our anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay and liked your hospitality. The rooms were clean and the property is also very nice. Your staff also made arrangements for bon fire on request and made dinner arrangements just outside the room for convenience and privacy which we really appreciate. We also liked the food especially the starters.

Hi, Overall, the property is pleasant and well laid out. Location is good, too. Service is good too, staff is happy to help. However, there is scope for improvement on the food front. Suggestions: 1 Keep a common tips box and tips register. 2 Pls get new badminton rackets, shuttles and net. I noticed in 2 days that many guest enjoy to play.

Excellent, hospitable, and very courteous staff. Our stay was very pleasant and we wish we could extend some more time there. The place is well maintained. Having a small vehicle so that people can commute to the main center point of beach would be helpful. Safe place for female or solo travellers. Would love to visit again.

Fantastic hospitality from the staff. Location is good for couples as it leads to one end of the beach. Decent amenities for the price. Food was simple and good, however was expecting local cuisine. Overall a good and relaxing experience.

we had stay two days in exotica, both retreat and machan properties with family, both resort are very nice and friendly for family, my kids enjoying with cycling ,badminton and swimming pool. staff is good. decent banglow with pond..

Excellent stay at the hotel. Room was clean. We loved the location it's clam & quiet surrounding. But few things like wash room & main door lock is not working even kettle is not working properly. Overall we enjoyed. Thanks 😊
