worst experience, doors locks were broken, at last it broke when opening door, no clean bed-sheet, no electricity when i checked in- light went off and we walk in blackout, no ac working properly not even ac remote, no tv working, not even lift coming on time, no hand-wash in washroom instead of shampoo moisturiser, they should know these basic things make experiences so it should work better. i will never use this hotel again

Please don't stay here....In this weather I literally started crying.So much cold in room.They dont provide blanket and Quilt. In this weather they give a slim blanket cum bedsheet.Also they provided me room without cleaning previous checkou.I asked them to change my room but they denied by saying i don't have rooms available for you to change.Kettlenis smelling very bad.Overall Please avoid going there. Everything is worst

Turned out bedsheets, bathroom not cleaned properly, chairs are not in good shape and moreover it's not a hotel rather a standalone building with rooms. it's good for low category people and one night stand couples whose budget is very low not for people who want to stay in a premium property. there is hardly any power back up so if there is no power then the life is hell. Hotel staff are not cooperative.

Excellent ambience and facilities.When we booked we were apprehensive but the stay was like a dream.Its apartment hotel like u r own home with all the facilities.Everything is excellent.Be it breakfast,lunch or dinner.The staff is always there for u. Only issue is with the exhaust fan of other room opening in your room which is disturbing and hotel needs to rectify it.

The experience was so pathetic that I literally had to call police at the property.. Property manager misbehaved with me and my wife. He tried to provoke me to fight and we literally got into argument and fight. We called the police and then owner also case. Property is also not maintained properly, location was fine but horrible experience.

It's very Good Hotel to stay. Safty and security also there Very higenic. Staff behaviour also very polite Highly recommended to stay along with family. Safe and secure for family. I highly recommend for them staff have very polite I had extended because of there security

Horrible this time,Because blanket was not clean, TV was not working and the receptionist denied to provide setup box or login of any other OTT.Am so disheartened with this service, am expecting a refund amount.

It was amazing, food was good, neat and clean, just didn't have any brush kit as the shops aren't nearby to get one by ourself, rather than that everything was perfect
