Pathetic Hotel. Pathetic services. Rude Staff. Unhygienic.I booked hotel with free breakfast plan but they still sent bill for same. First, they didn't serve the food ordered by me. Even after several calls they were unmoved on both the days.No complimentary sealed water bottle was given. complimentary Tap water was served in used water bottles. No mineral water was served. when I asked for free breakfast they asked me to choose from the menu. They never told me that even in complimentary breakfast plan you can't choose more than 1 option.For example if you order bread butter and poha. only 1 thing would be free and other would be chargeable. At the time of check out only receptionist told that free breakfast include only 4 slice of bread and tea. Poha that I ordered along with breakfast was on chargable basis. She was well aware of the fact that poha that I ordered was not served. However, she was so rude that i felt better to give money rather arguing with her. But when I asked for bill, she tried to avoid it. Finally, when she gave Rs.490 bill for breakfast ( for 2 days). I argued again as on day 1 also, I was served with 1 portion of parantha only and rest of order was never served.Finally when I asked her to check lobby camera to check items those were delivered to me, she called kitchen fellow. Who also confirmed that only 1 portion of food was delivered to me on both days. So, finally she had to return the money with a heavy heart.when I asked her about such breakfast term, She said ," yaha to aisa he hota hai. Jha se booking ki unse pucho Kitna breakfast milega".It was first kind of experience for me where I booked room with breakfast included but still asked by hotel to pay for it. Infact , I paid for it until I realized that they never delivered my full order but still billed me for same.Toilets were having soap dispenser without liquid soap which was never filled in my 2 days stay despite requesting several times. Luckily, I was carrying my own sanitizer.Wet towel given on day 1. After a lot of discussion they provided a new one which was also quite dirty. Finally, I used my own towel.At 11 pm at night on day 1, I called 7- 8 times for water bottle but Noone picked the phone. Noone was there for any kind of emergency or basic help.Overall, it was a very bad experience. I have booked atleast 50 hotels in last few years was quite satisfied. However, this booking was a nightmare.

My booking in Varanasi could not find location after one hour in auto I took another guest house. Please return my payment. Thanks I am not satisfied for room booking in Varanasi. I could not locate hotel after one hour in auto, finally took another hotel and requested for refund. Dear, my guest house booking could not start today, it took one hour searching. I will go tomorrow.

The worst this fab hotel can maintain is the property i visited and i havent stayed here for a minute Pathetic linen , no cleaniness, smell of oil all around the room very very small room , it is not like the one showing in pictures

This hotel is really nice, and you can stay here without hesitation. The bathroom and room are very neat and clean. However, I recommend bringing mosquito repellent, as there are mosquitoes in the city.
