GenNext Ajmer

I have travelled to various cities and experienced many hotels but i must say GenNext is one of the best hotels in terms of professional staff behaviour, food quality, location and amenities. Giving 4 stars and deducting 1 star for something i personally faced during my stay which was hot water in shower. Shower pressure went from 10 to 0 whenever i switched it hot from cold. Rest everything was on point. Friendly, professional and humble staff. They will great you with 'Namastey Sir' whenever you enter hotel premises from outside or whenever you call them to order food or anything else. Kiddos to the staff

I really loved the property GenX ajmer I liked it soo much their cleanliness and precautions from Covid and all really the staf of hotel was so much friendly and cooperative and willingfull for help immidieately I will recommened to my family friends and all that if u guys are going to ajmer kindly visit Genx ajmer for stay also all the major points are nearby the property They made our day actually its my husband birthday and i informed the staff in last minute still they decorated our room without any charges and main thing I liked that was every single staff wished us

1.Very poor service takes lot of time in room services. 2. No power backup in Lift/Elevator 3.No Alarm in lift. I got stuck in lift twice for 15-20 mins but no respoy from hotel staff. such a horrifying experience. 4. Chai and Sandwich worst taste. very bad quality of Chai and it costs 35/- 5.No TV recharge or wifi support in TV 6.For hot water you have to wait for 10 mins then only hot water is available after opening TAP. overall bad Management.

Food quality is bad. Had to wait for my pre paid breakfast For half any hour, got hair in my food. No management during breakfast Atleast they can have buffet system . WiFi doesn’t work. The bed sheet is not clean , hair follicles were their on the bed GenX should lower their price if they can’t maintain quality.
