SHAME ON HOTEL BHAWANI HERITAGE .THE HOTEL CONCERNED PERSON PHONE ME TO CANCEL THE ROOM AS THE ROOMS BOOKED HAS BEEN OCCUPIED BY THE THIER GUEST , THUS THE ROOMS CAN'T BE PROVIDED SINCE WE WERE IN TRANSIT FROM BAREILLY U.P TO VARANASI & WAS ABOUT TO REACH AT THE SAID DESTINATION WE WILL NEED ROOM AS PER BOOKING& WILL DISCUSS AT HOTEL RECEPTION.WHEN WE REACHED HOTEL RECEPTION, THE HOTELIER SAID THE ROOM BOOKED ARE BEING OCCUPIED BY OTHER GUEST AS WE HAVE CHECKIN LATE AT 08:10PM THUS HOTILER THOUGHT WE WILL NOT COME , CONSEQUENTLY HE RENTED OUR BOTH (2) BOOKED ROOM TO OTHER GUEST.THE HOTELIER SAID TO US THAT SINCE WE ARE A FAMILY, HE CAN PROVIDE A FAMILY ROOM. WE AGREED UPON & CHECKED IN BUT AFTER CHECK IN THE ROOM WE SAW THAT ROOM WAS TOTTALY UNHYGIENIC.BED SHEET WAS DIRTY & SMELLINGWASH ROOM WAS TOTALLY UNHYGIENIC

First Issue: They charged me extra Rs 100 for providing a parking facility, even their hotel details mention free parking. Second issue: They have mentioned that pets are not allowed, but because there was a dog there, my child was very scared to come out of the room. Third issue: The room is very small and there is not even a TV in the room for entertainment. Not Recommended 👎

unprofessional hotel. 1. 3rd floor room,washroom is not attached and hotel cook will use guest washroom. 2. no one came to clean room in 2 days. 3. 2nd floor room is not even 8*8. if you stay here don't come with family.

It was a good guest house at prime location, with cleanliness been nicely taken care of by the people there. Room was also very clean and bedsheet, blankets pillows were also very clean

There was no cleanliness in the room. There was no cupboard in the room and no hangers in the bathroom. The service staff was good but the room quality was below average.

I m unable to get my room against booking id - GH72126233422888. I want to get my refund. Other wise I filed the case against online booking company and property owner.
