This was my 5th visit to this resort in past couple of years. This resort has been our most favourite getaway destination for 2-3 days stay in close proximity to kolkata. We always prefer to stay in fern club room. As usual, it was quite relaxing & pleasant experience this time as well. The resort is exquisitely maintained including the swimming pool and offers a wide range of complimentary activities comprising various indoor & outdoor games. The reception and housekeeping staff is very well behaved, cooperative & helpful. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous and quite palatable as usual. However, this time we were little disappointed with the available variety of items in buffet dinner on the first day. On remaining two days we chose from a variety of delicacies available in ala carte menu and it was quite satisfying.

Decent place to relax and spend quality time. Staff behaviour was too good, you will like the ambience. The swimming pool was accessible till 9 pm. The food menu was a bit expensive. Surprisingly the restaurant charges 18% GST on all food items which might be as per the norms, however am not aware of the same. I was convinced to pay due to their decent behaviour which is commendable. Complimentary Breakfast was also good, and we enjoyed it. Check in time should have been a bit early around 12 instead of 2 pm as the check out time in 11 am. As a couple we enjoyed the ambience, we enjoyed the swimming pool and we also enjoyed the in-house DJ as well.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere & great staffs. First impression of the hotel was superb, a warm welcome followed by a brief explanation of the resort & its facilities. Everything about the resort was exceptional. We got a room in Nirvana with temple view. The room was clean and well equipped with almost all modern facilities and was very comfortable. Food was really tasty and service was prompt too. We loved their disco, boating & swimming pool and also tried couple of adventure activities. We were very pleased with our stay. We just can't wait to be back soon. Thanks Ibiza for such a good experiencePeaceful stay

Amazing 5 Star Resort in Kolkata. Very Good Family and Couple. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Wide range of variety and elaborate spread buffet in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Food is really good. All the amenities are provided. It's a really fun filled and enjoyable place to visit. Value for Money and I highly recommend it to everyone. Always Book with Launch and Dinner package. Standard, Amenities and Location.

we stayed in fern club room and room was very good and spacious, specially the washroom. however washroom needs some work as the hot water was not available and the water pressure was also very low. resort property is very good with lots of activities and play area. buffet dinner lunch and breakfast was very good with lots of option to choose. our stay was very good. we will visit again soon
