our short stay at Keys Prima was superb. Right from welcome to departure, we loved the hospitality. Rooms were so clean, lavish and even the big smart TV in the room was professional. The location is very convenient and approachable from nearest Busstand Kumily. It's 4 KMs from the Tiger Reserve. Kathakali and Kalari shows are also held nearby. Overall cleanliness was very good. Whole staff was very very profesional and cordial. Our check out was supposed to be at 12. But they allowed us till 3 PM. One of the greatest stays of our tours in India was provided by Keys Prima. Thanks to the staff. Food was slightly overpriced, and quantity was less. But buffet breakfast was quite lavish and tasty. Mess staff was also very very professional.

The room itself was stunning – Not much spacious but enogh, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was very much comfortable. The amenities were top-notch and class toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast and dinner buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. The hotel's restaurant served exquisite meals with impeccable service. I highly recommend the Keys Prima to anyone looking for a neat and peaceful stay.

Overall stay was nice Room and washroom were well maintained Front office and restaurant staff was excellent Below are few things missing in the property Room do not have balcony Garden on the roof was not that good to spend time there.
