I have stayed 3-4 times in KR in before, but never had such a bad experience. I have booked for super delux room with a king size bed. They offered a room with two separate beds, I requested for a room with a single double bed and checked in. In mid of the day they have asked me to shift the room saying the room alloted is executive deluxe not super deluxe room. I have informed them I'm ready to pay the difference amount. But they have charged more saying you have paid less online. I couldn't do anything except paying extra as I was in mid of office meeting. When i asked for the difference between the Super deluxe and executive deluxe room, they couldn't even tell the facilities available in both. Both have same facilities. Then why should they charge differently?Further in Goibibo they are showing as king size beds but offering single beds. If we request for a change we have to pay extra.This is not at all fair

Overall It is good..Rooms are clean..I took executive single room with free breakfast..room is very small...but maintenance was good ..neat and clean..in dine restaurant is available...Food is Good...but a bit costly..Staff behaviour is very good..One water bottle per day will be free..each additional bottle is chargeable...of you Book the room , your check-in and check-out time will be limited from 12pm to 11am.

mentioning as kind bed for deluxe executive, but it was twin bed. This is the tactic they use to upgrade the booking at last minute. If we complain, they say we are extremely sorry. Secondly, there was no hot water facility on that day. some repair work they told. I guess it could be repair as i didn't face this problem in my earlier stay.Overall it was good.

Money Minded hotel, only 1 ltr of water per day, Asked for Fridge which was supposed to given which room, at the time of check out also not received. even they can't give a extra sleeper. what kindly of 3 Star hotel it was.worse experience.

The bed was full of bugs. Couldn't sleep last night. I could hear rats scratching somewhere in the room while night. I got a tail of a lizard from the biryani i ordered and when i reached they said booking closed. No room.

It was very suffocated room , housekeeping denied to clean the room on asking! The reception and dining people were supportive , however the room didn't had any ventilation and it was uneasy .

Hotel is fine, rooms are good but absolutely no internet in rooms at 3rd floor, they will give you all fancy connection details in a slip but you can't connect to it without signal.
