La Perle River Resort By Excel Hotels & Resorts

Won't recommend this hotel to anyone. They claim they are 3 star hotel, but their facilities are worst thana road side hotel. Pool remains dirty, there is no pool attend, people are going inside the pool in dirty clothes. No shower at pool, no changing room at pool. even the highest category rooms don't have mini fridge. Manager doesn't have any courtesy towards guests, if u complain him, he will haul at u like any thing. They compel u to take buffet only by not providing in room service. Their in room menu cards are photocopies of one main card. Will say that please look for much better options in this budget because afterall we are paying around .. for one room per night and getting facility like a road side hotel. There are more points of dissatisfaction but I wont waste much time on this because hotel staff does not get effected.

While booking, I was looking for budget river view resort. There are less option for river accessed resort. Most of them are costly. I found it under budget and had river access from back. Accomodation - Rooms are neat clean as booked tiger den.. Few minor issues in giving room service and amenties not working and get them recover early. Staff is helpful and serve you. Location - awesome having garden pool ams river backyard and beautiful view for river from restaurant. One can get down to go to river area.

The resort is not maintained. Stinky washroom with termites on wall. On the day of check-in we had call plumber to get fix the flush. Pool area is hardly accessible as the water is too dirty and smelly, most of the time you will find monkeys in the pool. Other activities like pool and Table Tennis are in poor condition. Also if you complain about any thing to the staff at reception, they just ignore you as everything is perfect in resort. Not recommended at all.

This resort has a nice layout with a wonderful view of the river and big mango trees all over. Food is fresh and tastes very good. We saw deers at night outside the resort fencing and a tusker came in d morning across the river near resort. Wat more u can expect... A mind blowing experience.
