La Sky Boutique Hotel

horrible, I booked a superior room by paying an extra 400 rs, but they don't have any room in existence, they just have one kind of room That's what they said to me. They then provided me with a room which was too small, when I complained then they shifted to a top floor room but their AC was not working I asked them to get it fixed but they kept on telling me that the technician was coming but he never came, and I had to adjust because I was done.

For prior bookings, they provide rooms at top floor which lacks few facilities although mentioned in amenities. When asked staff argue too much instead of providing alternatives. TV was also not having STB. Bathroom was manageable but with spots at few places, only 1 soap was provided. Even lift also don't close completely. Overall a bad experience.

I have booked for 27th to 29th dec 2024 I couldn't not be able to check in on 27th because of my flight cancellation , so i spoke with the hotel management for cancellation of one day booking ie 27th to 28th and goibibo customer care support both were very supportive and hotel rooms are very good staff also very kind satisfied with the stay

good hotel with pocket frindly good for travelers who want to stay near air port or national highway this is my 3rd time stay while traveling by car from bangalore to nagpur While traveling by car from Bangalore to nagpur This is my 3rd time stay
