We visited this hotel during the weekend of 31st Oct. At the onset the hotel and the rooms are really good and clean. However there is zero professionalism and courtesy and the staff is not at all trained to handle guests. They provide only one key per room and high I thought was good by back to Adams age. Additionally, there is no wifi. The only wifi available is at the reception which is pathetically slow meant to discourage customers from using it! Food is pathetic. In the name of Gujarati thali, they seem to make us eat anything!! It's not even close to Gujarati flavour and I have had some of the best so I know!! The location and the rooms are the only positives from the hotel and they can do a great benefit to themselves if they improve on the courtesy factor. Food is something that I doubt can be improved since I have the same view for any other hotel in Saputara. The Purohit is closest you can get to Gujarati flavour and worth trying once if you happen to be there. Don't miss the street food different flavour.

Hotel rooms are cleaned and we'll furnished. Room service is very good. Food quality very good. Room service provide by hotel. Hotel is free from rush area. Hotel near to city and bus stand for easy approach. Clean and good hygene of dining hall. Hotel has lift service. In hotel not disturbance because of seperate building for lodging and dining hall. Very good view of Ajinkya tara fort from windows of room. I prefer this hotel in future for business meeting and tours. enjoy my stay at hotel. I am witness of heavy rainfall in satara.

Hotel rooms are specious and clean but sorry to say that Reception Staff is veru rude no courtesy to discuss If any one opt breakfast so don't go with breakfast till 8.30 they are unable to provide us till 8.30

Location is not suited if you want to get Kaas plateau or the waterfalls. proximity to Highway means a lot of eating options around. people are friendly and rooms are decent size to accommodate upto 4 guests.

we had a pleasant stay. the room and washroom was clean. the surrounding is safe and quiet. the hotel is 3rd floor of the building behind the lake view restaurant. the parking facility has CCTV cameras.

Their are rooms not available. His Hotel Manager told, I'll arrange your stay in other Hotel. Manager & co workers communication gaps thats why i'm give him rate 2.
