This place is suitable for backpackers/solo travellers who're accustomed and comfortable with doing all the basic work such as making breakfast and tea themselves, cleaning the room etc. There is just one housemaid who does not come before 9 am (may not even turn up) and you have to stay here as if it's your own home. Do not expect room service or a restaurant at the premise. The owner is a good man

Value for Money... Go for it. Had a wonderful stay out Maison Petit, Very near to all the attractions like the beach, shopping area, Ashram. Located in the colonial streets of French. Staffs are very polite and helpful. I will stay here again and recommend to others also. Thanks again.

Had a lovely and pleasant stay here. Superb location and super close to the main area of Pondicherry. However few amenities could be improvised on. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and would visit again next time :)
