THE HOTEL IS VERY NEAR TO ALD CITY STATION EXCEPT THAT NOTHING SPECIAL. THE SERVICE QUALITY IS VERY VERY POOR AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM HOUSE KEEPING.THE HOTEL IS CHANGING MORE BUT IT IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE HOT WATER.INTIMATED TO HOUSE KEEPING AND RECEPTION BUT NO RESPONSE AND NO RESOLUTION. SO I CHECKED OUT CALMLY.SUCH IS THE SITUATION IN MID WINTER. ROOM SIZE IS EXTREMELY SMALL AND THEY ARE CHARGING HIGH WITHOUT MAINTAINING THE QUALITY OR AMMNITIES EITHER. WASTE OF MONEY.

I was order dinner fried (rice with Manchurian)but there food quality is very poor , bcz of that I vomit at night. they serve me blackish Manchurian which I never seen before. I also complain for this but they don't take any action.

The stay was nice. It is 500m from Rambagh station. Room service was also available. Geyzer etc. were also working fine. Staff behaviour was also good.
