The reception staff and hotel’s policy was the worst. No hotel asks you to pay for a visiting guest, but this hotel’s staff was just arguing that why my someone else is in my room since my room is single occupancy. Their behavior was more like a warden who would not allow anyone in your room except you. The issue for them was not about the guest is male or female, they were adamant on the fact that we do not allow guests in room if you have only paid for one. worst experience. Rude receptionist. Room not cleaned properly. There is dust on television (which is not working), telephone, almirah, table, chair . everywhere.even on headrest and pillows were torn.You will see "bad weather conditions"on TV screen all the time even weather is clean. Rooms are too small to walk around the bed.Unhygienic bathrooms and very small 24 hr non-running water taps. No windows in the room.That was waste of money. .I should have better booked a room in a small Dharamshala.

The rooms are cramped up. The service staff is rude and unhelpful. Even basic services like WiFi are limited to 1GB a day. I called the service desk to clear it out and the man himself said "Sir aap kisi Standard ke hotel mein toh reh nahi rahe hai". This reflects how the staff feels about the hotel itself. Would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
