Paid for the Executive room, but was denied. Was put in a room that was lower category as an ultimatum by hotel - as i take it or leave it. Paid much more than the actual room price and got treated as if it's all free! Hotel is next to highway so quite noisy at night. The room was smelling and had small cockroach running on the bed :( Room size was okay. My room had hot water, but other rooms didn't have any. So basically, a bad choice for the price paid. Not recommended. Room not ready at 9 pm also! Even though it was prepaid booking. Room didn't have a latch. It was smelly and had cockroach in bed. No use of prepaid booking.

* room, bed sheet pillow not clean, * No electric kettle, no free water bottles, no soap, no tooth paste provided * no room cleaning service * free Breakfast service is very bad only 1 plate phoha or upit provided, I have not seen this type of free breakfast service in any hotel. They also charged Upit charges for extra upit orderd in free breakfast, very very bad breakfast service.* only good thing is food taste

Not at all recommended, non availability of staff and unclean rooms , the price paid for a night is not at all worth this hotel . Hotel doesn't have worth staffs and rooms are not clean , full of patches in wall , paint is getting peeled as well was allocated uncleaned room initially!

Pathetic. highly avoided. No hot water, toilet spray is broken, uncontrolled AC, no complimentary water bottle. They will charge you 30rs for water bottle which is more than MRP. Parking issue too. arrogant watchman.

A hotel which is 10 kms away from city totally unprofessional staff,no tea or breakfast until 9 ,no hot water no nearby habitation hence no hotels for 5 kms. won't recommend for family stays.Not even worth 500 rs

Stya was very bad unclean bathroom, No Hot water and suggested to use for bath another room bathroom which just vaccent by customer. Sending another room images where they suggested to use another bathroom.
