verry disappointed! Do not book this hotel. at the time of check in I found rat on the bed pictures attached.The staff is also rude. When I completed regarding this to hotel owner then he told that there is no room for you. you can go now. when I was taking all the pictures in front of owner then he told that don't be smart where ever you want to complaint you can do. I am least bothered. Too much arrogant.not at all clean. Do not book.

this is very bad experience to stay at alpine residency faridabad. no water no person in morning to listen. This is bad choice from **** hotels side . This is not good property to stay . We were knocking for water since 7.00 am. atlast we have to take bath in another hotel. Very bad experience.

Dunia ka sabse ghatiya bekar.. ganda.. Koi room service nahi yaha tak ki drinking water bhi nahi diya.. 3 din me bhi room clean nahi kiya.. bad me khatmal the.. bich me hi dusre hotel me check in krna pda

pathetic experience.oyo do not manage their hotels well. I did not even had proper Ac cooling in my room when it is 46 degree celcius outside.
