Hotel O Apple

all in all the experience was NOT good. staff was not good at all. I booked this hotel for 3 nights, but at the time of check in with my parents who are senior citizens the property manager denied the booking by saying that you have booked at a very low price you have to pay us around 2000/- more for 3 nights which was totally unethical.well the issue was resolved by Goibibo team but it was a trouble for 3 hours in 45 degree temperature. after that the Lift was not working and the rude manager said you will get the room at 3rd floor. so eventually we had to go through staircase to the 3rd floor. and as everyone can understand how can senior citizens manage to go on 3rd floor. well there are many things. lift doesn't work staff is not good will ask you for extra money at the time of check in no good drinking water cleaning facility is not appropriate

Waited around 30 min to get a room.The first room had no electricity, so they changed after complaint, key was broken and no lock facility in the second room, on complain they initially insist me to stay in that room only, later they changed,AC was not working in third room, complained many times, even complained to goibibo, but no response until I asked again around 8:30pm, and changed the room once again,Dirty bathroom, damaged hand shower, no toilet seat, flush not working, broken mug in 4th room, complained many times and asked to change the room, but didn't changed the room. I stayed in this room until checkout.Apart from the AC room and attached uncleaned bath, no other mentioned service provided, not even drinking water or house keeping.It was the worst experience, not at all worthy to stay.

This hotel is annoying all the customers, I visited him and he asked me that room amount is too low give me 300 Rs. more and then I visited in room with bad odour, dirty room and bathroom and 50-100 cockroaches on bed. So I refused to stay there.

very pathetic rooms, size of room is very small , bathroom doesn't have exhaust fan and hot water facility, bathroom shower was not working, lift was not working , TV was not working, it's total waste of money , plz dnt stay in this hotel.
