Subject: Unprofessional Service & Unresolved Issues: Urgent Refund RequestI recently booked a stay at SUPER HOTEL O AVI SUITS DELHI with high expectations of a hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, the reality was highly disappointing due to multiple service failures:1. Delayed Check-In: The check-in time was scheduled for 12 PM. Despite arriving on time, I was denied access to my room until 2:30 PM.2. Lack of Resolution: During this time, I was forced to sit in the hotel premises. From 10 AM to 2:30 PM, I called the support team four times, explaining the issue each time. Representatives, supervisors, and even the area manager repeatedly asked for "10 more minutes" to resolve the issue, but no action was taken.3. No Accountability: This lack of coordination is unacceptable.4. Additional Expenses: Exhausted after waiting for hours, I had no choice but to book another hotel at my own expense.I paid ₹1400+ for a service that was never provided.
