Though it was my second experience with the **** in Amritsar. The condition of the room is good. The person at the counter was very good. He politely replied me and I was given the room. The AC of the room was not working which made some heat in the room. Though the fan is working in a good condition still I suggest that AC should have been activated to facilitate the customers. The room has good washroom facility. The TV in the room was playing in a good manner but to some limited channels only. The lighting system of the room is also good and the bed is also one of the finest one. The office boy who take me to my room gave me the towel and some complimentary things which I liked alot. These things were not given to me in my first stay. My overall experience was good with the team of the hotel and the room I was given. Still I think improvement is to be made regarding the functioning of the room.

Due to some emergency, I checked in at 3 AM but hotel door is closed. After struggling for some time, a person woke up and told that no rooms are available even after pre-booking. After that, he demanded extra 300 rupees on the name of check-in policies. He also tried to keep our original IDs but somehow we managed to avoid all these things.

Very bad hotel, even the guys who told me the manager of this hotel, don't have any good manner. Even i was booked this hotel with complimentary breakfast but owner denied to serve me the same. I suggest to choose another one for your stay. The TV set was not working properly and bathroom was not clean.

hotel is located at 5 mins walkable distance from amritsar bus stand. i used hotel only to keep luggage and make a visit at golden temple. total cost to the room after using gokarde promo code and gocash was rs220 which is a good deal for safe keeping your luggage and refreshing yourself.

Accomdation is Good but i have booked the Hotel with Breakfast but breakfast not served till 9.00. Hotal people was sleeping till 9.00 Am when I asked him for breakfast they told me that breakfast served 9.30or 10.Am.
