Hotel O Indiranagar Bangalore

Title: Disappointing Experience - Stay Away! I recently had the unfortunate experience, and I must say it was far from pleasant. From the moment I arrived, I noticed the unfriendly and unprofessional behavior of the staff. They seemed disinterested and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. The rooms were nothing like the images portrayed. They were dirty, dusty, and in desperate need of renovation. I felt uncomfortable throughout my stay, and it seemed like the housekeeping staff had neglected their duties entirely. To make matters worse, the staff's rudeness only escalated as the days passed. I encountered impolite responses to my inquiries and requests, leaving me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience . It's disheartening to see such poor management and a complete lack of professionalism from the staff. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look somewhere elsewhere for a more pleasant and comfortable stay.

Hotel is very close to EGL Campus. The room was small but sufficient for single occupancy. The only issue I faced was hot water. It looks like they installed a Solar heater, and they suggested draining two buckets of water to get hot water. But hot water didn't come even after wasting two buckets of water. Taking a cold bath in Bangalore is typically a challenge :-(

The service here is wonderful and staff made us feel special, very cooperative and supportive. in my opinion its a best place to stay while you were in Bangalore.

The hotel is very safe for staying and enjoying your holidays. The room facilities are great, and the staff is polite.
