Cleanliness: 2/5 Basic toiletries were missing, and the bathroom jet spray wasn’t functioning properly. Service: 1/5 The air conditioning didn’t work, and when I requested a room change, they denied it, citing no availability. Value for Money: 1/5 The room was far too expensive for the level of service provided. Family/Couple Friendliness: 1/5 I would not recommend this hotel for couples or families due to the poor service and lack of amenities.
