First of all the address which is provided by Goibibo is not correct, We roamed around in the area but couldn't find the hotel, tried to call the hotel but they have not picked up, after 30 minutes later they picked up the call, and guided us to the location which is almost 1 km away from the location mentioned in the app, It is clearly mentioned that breakfast is complimentary, and we have planned our day according to that, and then we get to know they cannot provide complimentary breakfast, if we want they can arrange which will cost more money... Also the room which we allotted is a nightmare, the dustbin in the room was filled with garbage and dirty water, no soap provided, there is no battery in the tv remote, the bedsheet is full of stain, in the app it showed electric katel and all but there is nothing like that... And the worst thing is at night out of nowhere water started coming out from AC and soaked the bed... Anyhow we managed the night but another surprise was waiting for us, there was no water in the bathroom tap... What a horrible experience... Adding the condition of the bed...

First of all the hotel manager handed over my room to another party despite I have booked before they arrived. After that the hotel manager convinced me for a deluxe room which is not in that price range and I have to pay extra 500 rs. to get a room.
